Top Ten [36]: Most Vivid Book Worlds & Settings

If you are fond of lists, especially Top 10 lists, this feature is the one to go with! Every week, the lovely ladies over at The Broke and the Bookish post a topic of their choice. Participating bloggers are asked to list their top 10's. I like to participate whenever I can. I love this idea, and often go a little crazy with adding 15, even 20 in my posts. Hehe!

This week's topic is: Top Ten Most Vivid Books Worlds/Settings: As always, my top ten is a top sixteen. It's too hard for me to narrow it down to just 10 books. I always feel like I'm betraying the other books, haha. Anyway, all of these books had/have standout book worlds/settings to me. I went places I never imagined I could.

All of these books took me to a world I've never been to before. A world I never thought of before. And a world I was terrified, yet really happy to be in. I must give an honorable mention to Awaken by Katie Kacvinsky because it's another book that took me somewhere really awesome. PLEASE check out ALL of the above books out... if you haven't already.

Wings by Aprilynne Pike, Matched by Ally Condie, Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead, Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi, The Iron King by Julie Kagawa, Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare, Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi, Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling, Narnia by C.S. Lewis, The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, Partials by Dan Wells, Ashes, Ashes by Jo Treggiari, The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa, Divergent by Veronica Roth, Bumped by Megan McCafferty, Throne of Glass by Sarah J. 1. I can't believe I forgot Narnia on my list. I still need to read half of the books on your list. There's just so much to read and so little time lol. My TTT

  2. I agree with many of these and have a couple of them on my list as well. Some that didn't make my list but that I just couldn't fit because I had to stop somewhere are Throne of Glass & Shadow and Bone. I like your choices, though. Here's my list.

  3. I am really excited to get Throne of Glass! This is a great list. I always have a hard time limiting myself to 10-I like the idea of pictures only. I may have to borrow that method! There are a few on your list that I still need to read. I have Shatter Me at home now!
